How ranking works
Verified support adds to your fan score and to your club's score. Higher effective scores rank higher, and when two scores are equal the one reached first stays ahead.
- Scores move only after a payment is verified.
- Checkout does not reserve a rank, so standings can move while you pay.
- Refunded or disputed support stops counting while it is not effective.
Ranking details
Whole-dollar support from $5.00 to $10,000.00 per payment. To move ahead of the listing above you, your score needs to reach at least theirs plus $1.00. Rising reflects the last 24 hours. Tax is calculated at checkout and does not count toward the public score.

What your payment is for
You are paying for public profile placement and ranking. Your verified support raises your fan score and your club's score. Funds are not sent to the club and the payment is not a donation.
Rank is not guaranteed or permanent, because the standings keep moving.
Independent fan-backed ranking. Club names are used solely to identify supporter choices. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any club, league or governing body. Payments are for public listing and ranking services and are not donations to clubs.

Common questions
- My payment went through but my rank has not changed.
- Rankings update only after Stripe confirms the payment, which usually takes a few seconds. The support status page updates on its own once it is verified. You never need to pay a second time.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds follow the published refund policy. A refunded amount stops counting towards any ranking once the refund is processed.
- How do I change or remove the profile shown for me?
- Use Report a problem below and tell us the public profile link. We handle profile changes and removals from there.
- Why did my rank drop when I did nothing?
- Standings keep moving as other fans support their clubs. A rank is your position at a moment, not a place that is held for you.
