Terms
These Terms govern the Number 1 Fan paid public profile listing and ranking service. The service provider and contact details are in the Legal Notice. The Terms version recorded at checkout applies to that purchase.
1. The service
You submit a public profile link and choose a club. Verified support raises your fan score in that club's ranking, and the same verified support raises that club's score. Your payment is for the public listing and ranking placement. Funds are not sent to clubs and payments are not donations.
2. Eligibility and authorisation
You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment. You must control the profile you submit, or be authorised to list it. The same canonical listing stays open, so other people can add support to it.
3. Rankings
Only verified paid support counts, and scores are cumulative. Refunded amounts, and disputed amounts while they are not effective, stop counting. Checkout does not reserve a rank: a projected position is an estimate, not a guarantee, and your listing lands at the rank its verified final score reaches. Later verified support from other people can change your position at any time. The current minimum, maximum, overtake step and tie rules are published in the product interface and applied by the service.
4. Price, tax and payment
Support is charged in US dollars in whole dollar amounts, within the minimum and maximum shown before you pay. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout and added on top; tax does not count toward any score. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and Number 1 Fan does not receive or store full card details. Scores change only after the payment reaches a verified paid state.
5. Public listing and moderation
Your submitted profile handle or domain, the link, the club, your fan score and your rank may be shown publicly. Listings may be moderated, placed under review, suspended or removed where a listing is unauthorised, invalid, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or subject to a valid rights complaint. Reporting a listing does not hide it automatically.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
Mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms, and the Refunds policy explains how we handle requests in practice. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, the applicable statutory rules govern it. At checkout you expressly request that the service starts immediately, so performance begins straight away. Where the legal requirements for that exception are met, the withdrawal right can end once the purchased service has been fully performed. If you validly withdraw after asking for early performance but before the service has been fully performed, applicable law may require you to pay an amount proportionate to what was already performed.
7. Availability
There is no guarantee of any rank, of permanence at a rank, or of any reward or earnings. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability, and checkout or the service may be suspended for security, maintenance, legal compliance or reconciliation.
8. Independence
Independent fan-backed ranking. Club names are used solely to identify supporter choices. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any club, league or governing body. Payments are for public listing and ranking services and are not donations to clubs.
9. Contact and versions
The Terms version in force is recorded with your purchase, and later updates to these Terms do not change the terms already recorded for an earlier purchase. For questions and requests, use the help section on the About page or the contact address in the Legal Notice. Mandatory statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights concerning digital services, remain unaffected.
